Service Regions Across Southwest Washington
We group our 23 service-area cities into four regions — Vancouver Metro, Camas, Washougal & the Gorge, North Clark County, and the Lewis River & Cowlitz County corridor.
NorthBank Remodel works from the north bank of the Columbia River in Vancouver, WA, and extends across Clark County — north to the growing cities of Battle Ground and Ridgefield, east through Camas and Washougal to the Columbia River Gorge towns of Stevenson and Carson — and north along the I-5 corridor into Cowlitz County to Woodland, Kalama, Kelso, and Longview. Each region below has its own hub page linking to every city we serve there, along with the full range of our remodeling and exterior services. Prefer a full A–Z list? See all locations.
Vancouver Metro
The Columbia's north bank and its inner suburbs
The Vancouver metro anchors our service area on the north bank of the Columbia River, spanning the city itself and the dense unincorporated communities that ring it — Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Orchards, Five Corners, and Felida. The housing runs from Vancouver's early-1900s Craftsman core through mid-century ranch neighborhoods to 1990s–2010s master-planned subdivisions on the east and north sides. A marine climate with wet winters puts moisture management, ventilation, and rain-screen detailing at the center of how we plan every project here.

Explore RegionCamas, Washougal & the Gorge
The western gateway to the Columbia River Gorge
East of Vancouver, Camas and Washougal mark the western gateway to the Columbia River Gorge, continuing upriver to the small Skamania County communities of North Bonneville, Stevenson, and Carson. Camas pairs a historic mill-town downtown near Lacamas Lake with newer hillside homes on Prune Hill; the Gorge towns are older, forested, and river-facing. This corridor carries a real east-county wind exposure that shapes how we detail siding, roofing, and exterior trim.

Battle Ground, Ridgefield & the rural north
North of Vancouver, Clark County shifts from the fast-growing cities of Battle Ground and Ridgefield to the rural communities of La Center, Brush Prairie, Hockinson, Yacolt, and Amboy. Ridgefield is among Washington's fastest-growing cities, with new master-planned neighborhoods, while the rural north is a mix of acreage homes, older farmhouses, and forested lots. New construction here often leaves warranty gaps and unfinished spaces that homeowners bring us in to remodel.

Woodland, Kalama, Kelso & Longview
North along the I-5 corridor, our service area reaches the Lewis River town of Woodland and continues into Cowlitz County — the river port of Kalama, the county seat at Kelso, the planned 1920s city of Longview, and Castle Rock at the foot of the Mount St. Helens country. These communities carry deep stocks of historic mill-town homes alongside newer riverside and hillside subdivisions, all under the same wet Pacific Northwest climate that makes rot prevention and moisture-smart building essential.
