Salmon Creek is an unincorporated Clark County community near WSU Vancouver and the I-5/I-205 interchange, with a mix of established suburban homes and newer infill. We remodel kitchens, baths, and exteriors here with the same rain-screen and moisture-management approach we use across the region.

Orchards is an established, unincorporated Clark County community east of Vancouver along the Fourth Plain corridor, with a mix of mid-century homes and newer infill. We remodel kitchens, baths, and exteriors here with the moisture management every Pacific Northwest home needs.

Five Corners is an unincorporated Clark County community centered on a busy commercial intersection, surrounded by a mix of mid-century and newer infill housing. We remodel kitchens, baths, and exteriors here with Pacific Northwest moisture management built in.

Felida is an unincorporated Clark County community near Salmon Creek, made up largely of newer master-planned subdivisions built from the 1990s onward. We remodel its builder-grade kitchens and baths and handle additions and exterior upgrades with an eye on regional rain and moisture.
